We understand the challenges faced by utilities associated with poorly located solar facilities, and work closely with them to provide the technical information necessary to move the project forward.
Real Estate Due Diligence
In addition to the technical and regulatory work, we are experienced in managing traditional real estate due diligence tasks such as title searches, wetlands delineations, topographical survey, environmental assessment, and geotechnical studies.
Land Use Permitting & Government Relations
We engage with planning departments and local jurisdictions early in the project to ensure that the community has a voice in the development process. A solar farm should have a useful life of fifty years or more, so we want it to be a good neighbor.
